1. How to Cancel or Manage Your ThyWord Subscription
ThyWord subscriptions are handled through the platform you used to subscribe (Apple App Store or Google Play). To cancel or manage your plan, follow the steps below.
For iPhone & iPad (Apple App Store)
Managed by Apple
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select ThyWord
- Tap Cancel Subscription

For Android (Google Play Store)
Managed by Google
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select ThyWord
- Tap Cancel Subscription

Important:
1. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
2. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period
3. You can continue using premium features until that period ends

Refunds
All subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google.
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google
- Refunds are processed according to their policies and applicable laws
